The Charles Seller Foundation would like to thank each and every person who supported in any way over the past three months. The cast, crew, and production team worked incredibly hard to have as amazing as a production as we did. Countless hours were spent in rehearsals getting ready for performances, but countless hours were also spent at car washes and ad drives doing our best to raise as much money as we possibly could. We would also like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who came out to see our show and support Adriana Torres as well! As our President, Jon Lopiccolo said, we would not be able to produce a full length musical production and support someone in need without you. Our organization has 66 years of history, and we want to see it have another 66 years, and because of you, it is possible.

Congratulations to the winners of our awards this year as well. For those of you who were not at our closing ceremony tonight, the winners are:

The Doemling Award: Abby Miles
The Ralph V. Turano Award: Maria Rivas
The Olearchik Award: Tarajee Karriem
The Talent Time Award: Mark Schellhorn

As always, stay tuned in for updates on fundraisers and other ways to support us!

The Charles Seller Foundation is excited to announce their 2015 beneficiary: Adriana Torres!

Adriana is a 6 year old twin girl, who suffered even before birth due to Twin Twin Transfusion Syndrome. This caused multiple medical complications for her from the moment she was born. She was kept in the hospital from her time of birth until she reached 3 months. However, when her family was finally able to bring her home, they realized there was something wrong. Adriana’s muscles were very tense and her mobility seemed off in comparison to her twin sister. At just 5 ½ months old, Adriana was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. From that day forward, Adriana has received physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy in order to help her progress. She has come a long way—this little girl who was not able to sit, eat or crawl by herself can now crawl, sit and stand with assistance! However, she still has a long way to go. Adriana wears braces on her legs, uses a walker, and gets botox injections in order to help her muscles relax. Adriana’s family is raising money in order to afford a chord blood transfusion for her, which has been known to cure Cerebral Palsy. Their goal is for their daughter to one day be able to run and play with her siblings. Please help the Charles Seller Foundation support this strong little girl and her amazing family in their goal to see their daughter be able to walk on her own!
